Job Description
Overview: Works with warehouse staff and oversee warehouse operations including order picking, receiving, inventory and loading. The position ensures that orders are picked accurately and are shipped on time. There is a strong emphasis to ensure a team environment, warehouse safety, workflow efficiency and fulfillment accuracy.

Responsibilities:

•    Order Picking Team Supervising
    - Supervise a team of order selectors, cleaners, receiving and loading staff
    - Communicate job expectations, including day to day activities, and side projects
    - Administer company policies and procedures
    - Help improve overall efficiency and workflow
    - Confirm picked tickets
    - Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards
•    Receiving
    - Receive inbound shipments in BPCS/ERPLX
    - Ensure accuracy and check for damages and product shelf life
•    Inventory
    - Maintain warehouse inventory and supplies
    - Help with quarterly physical inventory
    - Cross check inventory issues versus systems inventory, report and adjust discrepancies
•    Shipping and Fulfillment
    - Work with staff to minimize packing and shipping mistakes
    - Help improve and streamline loading procedures to minimize damaged shipments
    - Identify logistical issues and resolve any problems
    - Other special projects as needed
•    Adhere to all safety requirements
•    Must understand the company’s commitment to food, safety, quality, and continuous improvement as outlined in the Polar Beverages Safety and Quality Policy and to understand the responsibility for carrying out the outlined principles as an expectation of the job.
•    Must understand and follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and to ensure GMP compliance of fellow employees.
•    Responsible for Food Safety and Food Quality

Minimum Requirements:

•    Minimum of 2 years Supervisory and Warehouse experience
•    Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more
•    Ability to prioritize objectives, while being hands-on to ensure the job is done
•    Proficient in Word/Excel, BPCS/ERPLX
