Job Description
As a strategic advisor and direct report to the Regional President - Americas, you will help shape and drive the strategic direction of Kardex Remstar’s Commercial organization in the Americas region, covering Sales, Service and Manufacturing across the region.
Working closely with the Regional and Global strategy team, you will ensure alignment of market-facing initiatives with the company’s long-term strategic goals in intralogistics.

Your tasks

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Define, execute and steer commercial initiatives and priorities to support the strengthening of Kardex’s position in the intralogistics market.
  • Support Regional President and the Regional Leadership Team to translate market insights, customer needs, and business challenges into strategic programs and actionable plans.
  • Drive commercial excellence initiatives, including go-to-market models, customer segmentation, pricing strategy, service growth, and sales enablement.
  • Monitor and challenge the execution of strategic commercial programs, ensuring alignment with broader divisional & group objectives, and fostering innovation and scalability.
  • Act as a thought partner to the President, Global Head of Commercial and Regional Leadership Team preparing decision-making materials, business cases, and board-level presentations.
  • Manage cross-functional strategic initiatives focused on commercial growth, market development, and customer-centric transformation.
  • Facilitate collaboration across organizations, sales regions, and functional teams to share best practices and ensure consistent execution of commercial strategy.
  • Work in a complex environment across different regional / country organizations and business support functions
  • Develop executive presentations and decision papers and have an impact in the strategic development of Remstar Americas’ commercial long-term strategic development

Your profile

  • Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; MBA or similar advanced qualification preferred.
  • Extensive experience in business analysis, commercial strategy and business development.  
  • Strong understanding of market analytics and sales and service processes, customer lifecycle management, and market dynamics.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, strategic mindset, and hands-on approach to implementation.
  • Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills with a high level of intercultural competence.
  • Knowledge and experience in the intralogistics industry is a plus
  • Enjoy working in an agile way in networked and interdisciplinary teams
