As a strategic advisor and direct report to the Regional President - Americas, you will help shape and drive the strategic direction of Kardex Remstar’s Commercial organization in the Americas region, covering Sales, Service and Manufacturing across the region.

Key responsibilities include:
- Define, execute and steer commercial initiatives and priorities to support the strengthening of Kardex’s position in the intralogistics market.
- Support Regional President and the Regional Leadership Team to translate market insights, customer needs, and business challenges into strategic programs and actionable plans.
- Drive commercial excellence initiatives, including go-to-market models, customer segmentation, pricing strategy, service growth, and sales enablement.
- Monitor and challenge the execution of strategic commercial programs, ensuring alignment with broader divisional & group objectives, and fostering innovation and scalability.
- Act as a thought partner to the President, Global Head of Commercial and Regional Leadership Team preparing decision-making materials, business cases, and board-level presentations.
- Manage cross-functional strategic initiatives focused on commercial growth, market development, and customer-centric transformation.
- Facilitate collaboration across organizations, sales regions, and functional teams to share best practices and ensure consistent execution of commercial strategy.
- Work in a complex environment across different regional / country organizations and business support functions
- Develop executive presentations and decision papers and have an impact in the strategic development of Remstar Americas’ commercial long-term strategic development
Your profile
- Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; MBA or similar advanced qualification preferred.
- Extensive experience in business analysis, commercial strategy and business development.
- Strong understanding of market analytics and sales and service processes, customer lifecycle management, and market dynamics.
- Exceptional analytical skills, strategic mindset, and hands-on approach to implementation.
- Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills with a high level of intercultural competence.
- Knowledge and experience in the intralogistics industry is a plus
- Enjoy working in an agile way in networked and interdisciplinary teams
