• Hourly Pay Rate:                     $14.00
• General Location:                    North Charleston, SC
• Facility Type:                           Detention Center / Government
• Shift Time:                               4:00 pm to 12:00 am
• Shift Days:                               Monday thru Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Remove trash and replace liners
• Vacuum and spot clean carpet
• Sweep and mop hard surface floors
• Clean restrooms
• Sanitize all high touch points, spot clean glass, dust, and stock supplies

Qualifications

• Communication & Transportation: Must have a personal smartphone and reliable transportation. Your phone cannot enter the main facility and must be placed in a locker prior to starting your shift.
• Background & Work Authorization: Must be able to successfully complete a background check and meet all hiring requirements.
• Work Ethic: Positive attitude with the ability to accept feedback, follow directions, and maintain dependable attendance
• Teamwork: Ability to work well with others and contribute to a productive team environment
• Safety: Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and following company safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements
• Organization: Able to work efficiently, stay organized, and maintain a strong sense of urgency and customer service focus
• Flexibility: Willing and able to perform a variety of cleaning and operational tasks as business needs require
• Experience: Prior experience in a labor-based role preferred
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and perform physical duties associated with janitorial operations, including standing, walking, bending, reaching, and remaining active throughout the shift.
