Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of facility operations in compliance with state and federal regulations

  • Lead and mentor department heads and staff to ensure quality care

  • Drive Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement initiatives

  • Manage budgets, resources, and census growth strategies

  • Maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and community partners

  • Ensure regulatory compliance and timely reporting

  • Promote a positive, team-oriented culture focused on respect and compassion

Qualifications:

  • Active Connecticut Nursing Home Administrator license

  • Leadership experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team-building skills

  • Customer-focused and solutions-oriented mindset
