Salary Range: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Requirements
- Over 18 years of age
- Legal United States Resident
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Clean background (no felony convictions)
- Dynamic, kind, and caring demeanor
- Excellent written and oral/presentation skills
- Desire and expectation to work towards measurable quotas and bonuses
- Bi-lingual a plus!
- P&C license required within 90 days of onboarding
Responsibilities
- Identify prospects that would like a coverage comparison on their home and auto insurance.
- Builds long-term, trusting relationships with clients
- Qualifies, builds, and manages an accurate sales funnel
