Job Skills / Requirements

Full-Time Night Custodian – Upper St. Clair, PA

Shift: Monday – Friday | 7:00 PM – 3:30 AM

Compensation: $16.50 per hour

Benefits: Paid Clearances & Comprehensive Training Provided. PTO and medical insurance available.

Are you a night owl with a strong work ethic? We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented individual to join our cleaning team in Upper St. Clair. This is a consistent, full-time role perfect for someone who enjoys working independently and takes pride in maintaining a safe, sparkling environment.

Your Responsibilities

• General Cleaning: Dusting, vacuuming, and floor care (mopping/buffing).
• Site Maintenance: Removing trash, replenishing supplies, and policing the site for spills or debris.
• Sanitization: Maintaining high standards of cleanliness in restrooms and locker rooms.
• Safety & Communication: Keeping the building secure and maintaining professional communication with staff and clients.

What We’re Looking For

• Reliability: You must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. (Note: This worksite is not accessible via the bus route).
• Integrity: Must be able to pass a criminal background check, drug test, and obtain a Child Abuse clearance (cost covered by us).
• Detail-Oriented: A "keen eye" for spots others might miss.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to be on your feet for the duration of the shift and handle standard cleaning equipment.

Education Requirements (All)

High School Diploma/GED
