• Provide wide range of Technical Support to our customers , including pre-press, packaging specific softwares like ESKO, colour management, plate making & printing in the flexographic printing domain.
• Travel extensively to customer sites to trouble shoot flexo plate/print related issues. Application Support to deliver optimal performance for our products
• Provide Technical consultancy & audit services to our flexography customers.
• Support sales and marketing with product testing, evaluations , positioning & pre sales support as needed..
• Network with internal global Technical teams and external industry partners for technology updates & upskilling
