Your Role

Provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents in our skilled nursing facility
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and within your RN scope of practice
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, person-centered care
Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes to the Director of Nursing
Promote restorative care to encourage residents’ independence and well-being
Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all nursing care provided
Mentor and support fellow nursing staff to foster a positive, team-oriented environment
Ensure resident comfort, safety, and dignity while adhering to facility standards

Who We’re Looking For

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Illinois
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Compassionate and patient-focused, with a commitment to quality care
Team-oriented, dependable, and professional
