Location: Shanghai
Key responsibilities for this role:
- Set clear learning and development priorities aligned with local business needs and global L&D direction
- Partner with business units and functions to identify capability gaps and define targeted training requirements
- Find suitable learning solutions from internal and external offerings to meet the needs
- Be responsible for onboarding pathways for new hires and ensure scalable, consistent delivery of the induction program
- Design, develop and facilitate learning programs that drive capability building and support strategic business outcomes.
- Act as an internal trainer, delivering engaging and relevant learning experiences
- Foster a culture of self-directed, continuous learning by promoting diverse learning tools and encouraging learner ownership.
- Maintain operational excellence across all L&D processes, including data management, documentation, and administrative execution
- Explore, implement and promote the usage of new digital learning methods in learning
- Ad hoc training support
Key competencies and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree and above
- 2-5 years of diverse professional experience of learning and development
- Fluent English and local language skills, both written and spoken
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated, proactive & detail-minded
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel processing
