We need Happy, Friendly And Smiling!

No nights are needed but Weekends and Holidays are a must as we are only open for breakfast and lunch daily!

As a server, you are responsible and supported to create an exceptional dining experience for all of our Guests. Each Server's primary objective is to show our Guests a level of Hospitality that they will remember and want to repeat.  We like to hire smiling friendly Associates.  No Nights but Weekends and Holidays are a Must.

Server Requirements

  • Welcoming and make Guests feel at Home.
  • Guide Guests through menu choices and dining experience
  • Order, set up, and serve food and beverages
  • Maintain work stations, service area and tables are in excellent condition
  • Ensure optimal Guests dining experience.
  • Prepare and process final bill
  • Support other team members
  • Support resetting tables and chairs for next Guests
  • Thank Guests for their visit and invite them to return.

Requirements

 

  • Must love serving people.
  • Must be friendly, hospitable and professional.
  • Be able to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of our guests.
  • Must have a basic knowledge of dining room and service procedures and functions.
  • Possess basic math skills and have the ability to handle money and operate a point-of-sale system.
  • Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 5 hours).
  • Be able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food frequently weighing up to 20 to 25 pounds.
