Job Description

Rosemount Senior Living at the Steeple Center, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is seeking a dedicated and passionate CNA/HHA to join our growing team.

Rosemount Senior Living, located just north of downtown Rosemount and directly connected to the Steeple Center. Our beautiful 92-unit, apartment-style community provides Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services. Shifts Available:  Part Time AM (7am-3pm), Full Time/Part Time PM (3pm-11pm), Part Time (11pm-7am), every other weekend included.
HHA Wage: $17-$22 per hour  
CNA Wage: $19-$24 per hour

Shift Differential: $1 PM, $2 Overnight

In this position, you will be providing support to our residents with their personal care services including:   

  
  • CNA’s and HHA’s provide direct care to all genders of residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity.   
  • Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.    
  • Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.   
  • Assist with medication administration.   
Preferred Qualifications:   
  • Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.   
  • Strong interest in healthcare.   
  • Positive, compassionate attitude.   
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
