Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage efficient work flow through the detail department
• Direct supervision of detailers
• Works with customers to resolve complaints or issues
• Maintain supplies in the shop
• Ensure proper usage, storage, labeling and inventory of cleaning agents and other cleaning supplies
