Job Summary
The Regional Operations Manager leads multiple branches to ensure operational excellence, safety, and customer satisfaction. This role supports and develops Branch Managers, identifies process improvements, and oversees key functions including cost control, sales, service, training, and inventory management. Regular engagement through visits, audits, and meetings ensures alignment with company standards.
Duties & Responsibilities
Customer Interaction
Delivers prompt, effective customer service through timely communication, issue resolution, and follow-up.
Maintains professional, ethical relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
Supports cross-functional collaboration to resolve issues with a solutions-oriented approach.
Management
Leads by example in all interactions, reinforcing professionalism and ethical standards.
Conducts regular check-ins to provide feedback, review goals, and offer coaching.
Recognizes staff achievements and supports adherence to company policies.
Addresses employee matters with professionalism, compliance, and HR collaboration.
Operations
Partners with leadership to set and meet branch performance and operational goals.
Drives cost-reduction and service-improvement initiatives.
Enforces safety protocols and oversees compliance programs.
Manages P&L, expense controls, and operational reviews.
Leads continuous improvement efforts and collaborates on training and policy execution.
Conducts performance reviews and oversees branch layout, logistics, and fleet safety.
Recommends facility enhancements and coordinates key operational processes.
Demonstrates initiative and mobility to support operational success, including travel as needed.
Personnel Management and Development
Oversees branch-level staff management practices aligned with company policy.
Resolves employee relations issues ethically and legally, conducting investigations when needed.
Partners with HR on complex matters and manages talent planning to address staffing needs.
Maintains open communication and coaches branch leaders on employee development.
Participates in unemployment hearings and supports leadership in team-building and compliance.
Other
Safety Sensitive Position: the ability to perform job functions in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.
Travel as required.
Maintains proficiency with company computer systems in aspects related to job, such as data entry, messaging, call logs, data notations, queue updates, batching, or other job & office functions and requirements

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field or the equivalent in related work experience.
8 or more years’ experience with business, warehousing, supply chain, logistics and related functions.
3 or more years’ experience in a multi-unit leadership role with demonstrated metric successes.
Demonstrated knowledge of MS Office suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Proficient in using office technology, including computers, photocopiers, scanners, phone systems, and virtual meeting platforms, as required for daily responsibilities.
Preferred Qualifications
10 or more years’ experience with business, warehousing, supply chain, logistics and related functions. Appliance experience a plus.
5 or more years’ experience in a multi-unit leadership role with demonstrated metric successes.
Physical Demands & Work Environment
This full-time position requires approximately 40 hours per week and involves regular physical and sensory activity, including:
Bending, lifting, and carrying materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
Prolonged sitting (up to 8 hours), with intermittent standing and walking throughout the shift
Continuous use of fingers, hands, and arms for computer and office-related tasks
Frequent use of office equipment such as computers, phones, and scanners (up to 8 hours daily)
Regular verbal communication via phone and in-person interactions (up to 6 hours daily)
