About Rokt

Rokt is a global leader in ecommerce technology, unlocking real-time relevance in the moment that matters most. Our AI-powered platform and ecommerce network powers billions of transactions, connecting hundreds of millions of customers with the right offer at the right time. The world’s leading ecommerce companies trust Rokt to drive measurable, incremental revenue — with leading partners generating 10–50% of additional revenue through their Rokt-powered experiences.

We are a team of builders, and we’re looking for people who want to do the best work of their career. At Rokt, we practice transparency — we have a well-defined career ladder with transparent compensation and clear career paths based on competency and ability.

Compensation

Target total compensation for this role ranges from $102,000–$136,000 AUD, comprised of fixed annual remuneration of $95,000–$125,000 (inclusive of superannuation), plus an employee equity plan grant. Equity grants are issued in good faith, subject to company policies, board approval, and individual eligibility.

About the Role

This is a junior/graduate-level analyst role embedded in Rokt’s GTM team in Sydney. You’ll work at the intersection of ad campaign strategy and data analysis — using SQL, Tableau, and Rokt’s proprietary datasets to interpret advertiser performance, surface optimisation opportunities and deliver actionable recommendations that improve campaign outcomes.

Your scope spans two connected domains that power Rokt’s GTM engine:

Customer Success Operations — supporting advertiser launches, ongoing campaign health, and reporting. This is where the analytical core of the role lives: you’ll dive into campaign data to analyse performance, build targeting strategies, identify network trends, conduct downstream optimisation analysis, and respond to client data requests. You’ll act as the analytical engine behind CSM conversations with advertisers.

Operations — supporting ecommerce partner integrations and ongoing operational hygiene. You’ll assist with new partner launches, integration health checks, issue triage, and data quality across Rokt’s partner network.

Rokt’s GTM team actively uses AI tooling to improve how we work — you’ll be expected to adopt and leverage these tools as part of your day-to-day workflow, and to bring ideas for how they can make your analysis faster and sharper.

What You’ll Do

• Write and maintain SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyse campaign performance data across Rokt’s network and advertiser datasets.

• Build and maintain Tableau dashboards and performance readouts that surface network trends, incremental opportunities, and campaign health metrics.

• Analyse custom attribute targeting strategies using Rokt network data, Experian data, and customer profile segments — recommending targeting refinements that improve campaign relevance and yield.

• Conduct downstream optimisation analysis: track free-to-paid conversion rates, establish optimisation strategies for upstream campaign settings, and quantify the impact of changes.

• Deliver performance readouts identifying network trends and incremental revenue opportunities for advertisers.

• Respond to client ad hoc data requests, pulling from Rokt’s dataset and translating raw data into clear, commercially relevant insights.

• Support advertiser launch operations and ongoing campaign hygiene within the Customer Success function.

• Support ecommerce partner integration launches, health checks, issue triage, and data quality across Rokt’s partner network.

• Partner closely with CSMs and Ads Ops leads to ensure data-driven recommendations are embedded into client conversations and QBRs.
