We are looking to hire quickly for Maintenance Assisant.   

Minimum requirements include the following:

v  High school diploma or equivalent.

v  Previous experience as a Maintenance with a Skilled Nursing Facility, or Long Term Care Facility preferred.

v  A working understanding electrical systems, HVAC systems, and various mechanical and architectural systems.

v  Valid driver’s license and cleared to drive company vehicles

Job duties include but not limited to:

Maintaining structure of builidng.

Assisting with any repairs internally and externally - includes drywalling, painting, basic plumbing, basic eletrical work, assembling items like furniture, etc.

Driving bus for maintenance or to take residents to appoinments

Every other weekend and on call for some holiday's
