Regional Vice President, Bank & Broker Dealer Channels

This role is needed to specifically support the Mountain Region (TX, NM, CO, KS, OK, UT, AZ, WY)

About the Role:

We’re looking for a Regional Vice President (RVP) of Bank & Broker Dealer Channels who thrives in the field, builds lasting advisor relationships, and is motivated by driving annuity sales growth. In this role, you’ll take ownership of an assigned territory, working directly with bank and broker dealer partners to position Prosperity’s annuity solutions within client portfolios.

You’ll collaborate closely with an Internal Wholesaler and sales leadership to execute a dynamic territory strategy centered on advisor education, engagement, and production momentum. The ideal RVP combines strong annuity expertise with a hands-on, relationship driven approach and a proven ability to consistently deliver results.

What You’ll Do:

Drive Annuity Sales Growth

  • Own and execute annuity sales growth within an assigned geographic territory across Prosperity’s bank and broker dealer‑ partners
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with production, asset, and growth goals
  • Identify, cultivate, and expand relationships with high potential‑ advisors and strategic partner firms

Build & Deepen Distribution Relationships

  • Develop strong, trusted relationships with financial advisors, branch leadership, and home office‑ investment teams
  • Serve as a consultative partner, understanding advisor needs and positioning Prosperity’s annuity solutions within client portfolios
  • Strengthen Prosperity’s presence and credibility across bank and broker dealer‑ platforms

Educate & Enable Advisors

  • Deliver impactful group presentations, branch training sessions, and client seminars
  • Educate advisors on annuity products, retirement income strategies, and portfolio applications
  • Act as a subject matter‑ expert on Prosperity’s solutions and competitive positioning

Execute Coordinated Team Selling

  • Partner closely with an assigned Internal Wholesaler to execute proactive outreach, call campaigns, and follow-up‑ strategies
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales Leadership to align territory initiatives and sales messaging
  • Contribute field insights that help refine product positioning and go to market‑ strategies

Manage Pipeline & Territory Activity

  • Maintain a disciplined, data driven‑ approach to CRM usage, pipeline development, and activity tracking
  • Monitor territory performance, advisor engagement, and sales momentum to ensure consistent coverage
  • Use activity and pipeline data to prioritize efforts and drive predictable results

Operate with Integrity & Compliance

  • Maintain full compliance with all regulatory, supervisory, and firm policies
  • Represent Prosperity with professionalism and integrity in all advisor and partner interactions

What You’ll Bring:

  • 5+ years of wholesaling or financial advisor experience
  • Strong knowledge of annuities, retirement income strategies, and competitive positioning
  • Proven track record of sales growth and effective territory management
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship building‑ skills
  • FINRA Series 6 or 7 and Series 63 (or ability to obtain within required timeframe)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, highly relationship‑ ‑driven distribution environment

  • Communication & Influence: Delivers clear, compelling presentations and education that resonate with advisors and senior stakeholders
  • Business Acumen: Understands annuity products, retirement income strategies, and competitive positioning within complex distribution environments
  • Adaptability: Thrives in a fast paced, ‑growth-oriented‑ organization and adjusts approach as markets, products, and priorities evolve
