Pay Range: $33.87 - $45.16

The Sr. Commercial and Wealth Executive Administrator is responsible for performing highly confidential administrative and executive support to the President of Commercial Banking and the President of Wealth Management and extended staff. This position requires coordination of calendars, meetings, travel, and all outside events relating to these lines of business. It will be necessary for this individual to produce management reports, presentations, and analysis of reports for understanding to ensure the accuracy of the reports being delivered to the Executives. This position also coordinates the day-to-day assignments of the Executive Assistant directly reporting to this position to ensure a smooth flow of administrative work. The incumbent coordinates a variety of independent projects and assignments and pro-actively responds to a wide variety of area needs in an effective reliable and dependable manner in support of the Executives. This includes assisting with the development of financial and other presentations, preparing communications, and assisting with various meetings and activities, and is the primary liaison internally and externally for the Commercial and Wealth Executives.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree and 4 years’ experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5+ years’ experience in professional business environment.
  • Experience managing people preferred.

Skills and Abilities:

  •  Must be extremely proficient in Word, Excel & Power Point with ability to prepare presentations for meetings ranging from Operating Committee and beyond and other internal meetings. Ability to compose and interpret reports, business correspondence, articles, etc. a must. Familiarity in a Windows Network environment.
  • Must have excellent listening, organizational, prioritization and time management skills with the ability to concentrate and balance multiple issues and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be extremely proficient in calendar management.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks while being calm under pressure.
  • Ability to effectively interact with all levels of leadership, Senior Management, employees, customers, business partners, and the general public.
  • A high degree of self-confidence, discretion, judgment, tact and poise, both in person and on the phone.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be well organized and flexible to handle multiple tasks.
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain the utmost level of confidentiality.

Tasks Performed:

  • 40% Supports Commercial President, Wealth Management President, Floating EMT members, Regional Presidents, and extended team by coordinating calendars and meetings, appointments, events, and travel.  Manage all aspects associated with planning, execution, hosting of annual regional events; including but not limited to scouting and evaluating venues, food and beverage, negotiating contracts, agendas and materials, technology/audio visual, etc.  This position also requires presentation content development.
  • 25% This position requires proactive planning and support to effectively coordinate upcoming initiatives and acts as the primary liaison internally and externally including meetings and events while supporting strict confidentiality with the Executive Management Team and Senior leadership across all market areas.
  • 20% Acts as a Team Leader; coordinates the work of other Executive Assistants, functions as a team builder and facilitator and continually works toward improving operational efficiencies while managing work performance through coaching for continuous improvement and development.
  • 10% Coordinates and manages executive sponsored programs from the inception to sustainment of program, requiring cross functional collaboration with all levels of management. 
  • 5% Other Duties as Assigned
