Job Description:

At Techo-Bloc, we don’t believe customer service should be ordinary. The Customer Experience Coordinator is responsible for coordinating day‑to‑day customer requests by managing support cases, priorities, and communication between clients, internal teams, and field service staff. This role plays a critical operational function by ensuring services are executed accurately, issues are resolved quickly, and customers consistently receive a high‑touch, white‑glove experience. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsabilities

  • Support & Coordination
    • Respond to client requests and manage support cases (warranty and non-warranty)
    • Coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, and Finance to resolve issues
    • Manage complaints cases, from start to resolution in CRM software
  • Field Team Support
    • Schedule field technicians for on-site visits and installations
    • Coordinate timelines with internal teams and sales reps
    • Approve timesheets and manage basic field inventory
Qualifications:

What we’re looking for:

  • Bilingual (French & English) — to support teams and clients across North America
  • Post-secondary education or 3+ years’ experience in landscaping or manufacturing
  • 1-3 years of experience in Customer Service, Logistics or Warranty After-Sales Coordination
  • White‑glove, customer-first mindset with strong ownership and follow-through
  • Demonstrates critical thinking and sound judgment
  • Proven ability to manage customer conflict with positive outcomes
  • Ability to handle high volumes of cases, from start to resolution
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Technical Requirements:

  • Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, etc.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is an asset
  • Overall strong computer proficiency
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office
