The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
  • Verify patient information and insurance coverage
  • Collect co-payments and process payments
  • Maintain patient records and update information as necessary
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed


Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a medical office or customer service role preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficient in basic computer skills and knowledge of medical software a plus
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures a plus
