We are seeking a Data Analyst with strong expertise in SQL, reporting, and analytics tools, along with proven experience in turning data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate will also have working knowledge of Databricks and Python to support advanced analytics and automation.

What you will do:

• Write, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Sigma, or similar).
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for operational improvements and business growth.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Ensure accuracy, integrity, and consistency of data across reporting and analytics platforms.
• Work with data engineering teams to prepare datasets in Databricks for downstream reporting and analysis.
• Use Python for data manipulation, ad hoc analysis, and process automation where applicable.
• Support SLA-driven reporting for business functions, management dashboards, and compliance/regulatory needs.

What We're Looking for:

Education

BE/BTech degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Mandatory:

• 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst.
• Strong SQL skills for query writing, optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with BI/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Sigma).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Preferred / Good-to-Have:

• Experience with Databricks for data analysis and reporting.
• Proficiency in Python for data wrangling and automation.
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT concepts, and data warehousing.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across business and technical teams.
