Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our team at Oak Knoll Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center. As a key member of our leadership team, the ADON will play a crucial role in managing the clinical operations of the department of nursing, developing care plans, and supervising staff to ensure optimal patient care and outcomes.

Responsibilities:
