We are seeking an energetic, fun, and outgoing Ice Cream Attendant (Seasonal) May-October to join our team at Sebasco Harbor Resort. This is a Full Time position located in Phippsburg, ME.

We are seeking an energetic, fun, and outgoing Ice Cream Attendant (Seasonal) May-October to join our team at Sebasco Harbor Resort. This is a Full Time position located in Phippsburg, ME.

 

 

Work Performed 

As an Ice Cream Shop Attendant, you will be responsible for running the cash register at our onsite ice cream shop, serving ice cream to guests, and managing inventory. 

  • Greet and welcome customers into the shop
  • Take customer orders with speed and accuracy using our Point of Sale (POS) system
  • Maintain a clean customer service area at all times
  • Take out trash as needed
  • Help put deliveries away as needed
  • Taking inventory of supplies
  • Set up and break down at beginning/end of shift
  • Perform duties as outlined in the training procedures, following standard operating procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned, requested or deemed necessary by management

 

 

Requirements 

  • Maintains a friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanor at all times
  • Must be responsible and be able to work independently
  • Ability to learn applicable software systems
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to lift/push up to 30 lbs
  • Must be able to work onsite at the hotel location
  • Hours required: Full Time 20-40 hours per week for shifts; Must be flexible
  • Proficiency in the English language

  

Compensation 

$16 Hourly
