Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Technical Consultant/Developer with strong expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), Oracle Application Framework (OAF), Oracle WebLogic Server, and Oracle SOA Suite. The role involves developing, customizing, integrating, deploying, and supporting Oracle enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Oracle EBS technical development, middleware administration, enterprise integrations, and production support including incident resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support production incidents, troubleshoot application and integration failures, perform root cause analysis, and implement timely fixes.
  • Monitor production environments and provide ongoing support for critical business applications.
  • Perform deployment, migration, patching, testing, and release support.
  • Support performance tuning, system stability, and adherence to Oracle best practices.
  • Develop, customize, and support solutions in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS).
  • Design and develop extensions using Oracle Application Framework (OAF).
  • Work on Oracle EBS technical objects such as PL/SQL, Reports, Forms, XML Publisher, Interfaces, Conversions, Workflow, and Personalizations.
  • Design, deploy, and maintain applications on Oracle WebLogic Server.
  • Build and support integrations using Oracle SOA Suite, including BPEL, Mediator, OSB, and SOAP/REST web services.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Oracle technical solutions.

Required Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle EBS technical development
  • Expertise in OAF development
  • Good knowledge of Oracle WebLogic Server administration and deployments
  • Experience with Oracle SOA Suite integration components
  • Strong skills in SQL, PL/SQL, Java, J2EE, XML, XSLT
  • Experience with Oracle EBS RICE components
  • Knowledge of SOAP/REST services, debugging, and performance tuning
  • Experience in production support, incident management, and root cause analysis
  • Experience in support and enhancement projects

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in Oracle EBS / Oracle technical development
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware
  • Familiarity with release management and version control tools
  • Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills

Nice to Have:

  • Oracle certifications
  • Experience in Oracle cloud or hybrid environments
  • Exposure to third-party system integrations
