We’re seeking a Contracts Administrator to support our Legal Department by managing the full lifecycle of contracts and legal documents. What You’ll Do
- Oversee the end‑to‑end lifecycle of contracts—from intake through final execution
- Draft, revise, and process templated agreements
- Maintain and update the contract database and tracking systems
- Monitor contract activity to ensure compliance with signature authority and internal protocols
- Coordinate contract workflows and support legal operations with minimal supervision
- Organize documentation, maintain accurate records, and support efficient legal processes
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments to ensure timely contract review and execution
What You Bring
Education
- Associate’s degree from an accredited institution
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience
- Experience in a legal or contract administration setting preferred
- Background in contract preparation, drafting, and document management
- Experience coordinating contract workflows and maintaining organized documentation systems
- Familiarity with computerized contract repository systems is a plus
- Experience supporting legal or corporate operations in healthcare or similar environments is highly valued
Skills & Abilities
- Ability to manage a high‑volume workload and prioritize effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent listening skills and ability to process information accurately
- Professionalism and strong interpersonal skills for working with all levels of staff and leadership
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow‑through
