Contracts Administrator

We’re seeking a Contracts Administrator to support our Legal Department by managing the full lifecycle of contracts and legal documents. If you enjoy keeping complex workflows running smoothly, ensuring accuracy, and supporting a high‑performing legal team, this role offers a meaningful opportunity to grow.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee the end‑to‑end lifecycle of contracts—from intake through final execution
  • Draft, revise, and process templated agreements
  • Maintain and update the contract database and tracking systems
  • Monitor contract activity to ensure compliance with signature authority and internal protocols
  • Coordinate contract workflows and support legal operations with minimal supervision
  • Organize documentation, maintain accurate records, and support efficient legal processes
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments to ensure timely contract review and execution

What You Bring

Education

  • Associate’s degree from an accredited institution

Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience
  • Experience in a legal or contract administration setting preferred
  • Background in contract preparation, drafting, and document management
  • Experience coordinating contract workflows and maintaining organized documentation systems
  • Familiarity with computerized contract repository systems is a plus
  • Experience supporting legal or corporate operations in healthcare or similar environments is highly valued

Skills & Abilities

  • Ability to manage a high‑volume workload and prioritize effectively
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent listening skills and ability to process information accurately
  • Professionalism and strong interpersonal skills for working with all levels of staff and leadership
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
