Responsibilities

  • Install and configure medical alert devices and Personal Emergency Response Systems (PERS) at client locations with precision and care.
  • Perform system testing and verify functionality to ensure devices are operating optimally.
  • Educate clients and their families on device usage, features, and maintenance procedures.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during installation and follow-up visits promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of installations, service calls, and client interactions using company software.
  • Collaborate with customer service and technical teams to provide seamless support to users.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and company policies during installations.
