Position Overview
The Account Management Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Account Managers in all administrative matters. These are primarily all tasks that occur to create and maintain the internal customer setup. A successful candidate is experienced in maintaining production systems, managing customer accounts and pricing plans. Build strong relationships and bring strong problem-solving skills and data analysis in a dynamic environment. Supports account management team with reporting and client onboarding to ensure smooth and consistent service delivery.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintaining the production system, such as creating and modifying customer accounts, creating pricing plans after contract negotiation.
- Maintenance and setup of customer portals, interaction with the product management team, support in creating worldwide portals
- Handle requests from travellers of Account Management customers, such as deleting created profiles, specific visa requests etc.
- Handle inquiries from 'unmanaged customers' and process the 'Account Management' folder including forwarding to the internal contact if available.
- Clarifying issues around invoices with the client and accounting department.
- Supporting the account management team in creating reports for the customer.
- Supporting the Account Management Team with special tasks
- Ensures coordinated and consistent service delivery, providing a seamless implementation experience
- Partners with AM Team to onboard and integrate new clients, liaising with internal teams to ensure flawless implementation.
- Other Responsibilities: Interacting with the Data Protection Officer on GDPDR issues; setting up Visa Alert, SSO, etc.
Education and Qualifications
- Graduate level degree or equivalent
- Experience working in a Customer Service / Call Center / Travel industry / Hospitality industry is preferred
- Fluency in written and spoken English language
- Previous Experience in Account Management support
- Able to build strong relationships based on mutual support through a collaborative style
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present information verbally and in written form
- Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills. Ability to analyze data, identifying trends, presenting recommendations and creating action plans.
- Excellent time management and planning skills required
- Delivers high-quality results with strong organizational skills and attention to details
- Ability to organise and prioritise tasks under tight deadlines
- Ability to work independently as well as be a strong team member, working collectively towards organizational goals and objectives.
