Summary:

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Slot Team Member position is responsible for providing guests with an exceptional service and entertainment experience through the fulfilment of their responsibilities. These responsibilities include responding to and seeking resolution to guest inquiries, demonstrating technology to guests, and educating guests on Rewards Club benefits. The Slot Team Member monitors the condition and performance of the slot machines in their area and ensures operability by executing appropriate repairs. The extent of repair can include replenishing receipt paper, rebooting or replacing devices, and paying jackpots.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION:

1. High School Diploma, GED, or HSED is required.

ESSENTIAL:

1. All casino employees will be subject to the criminal and background restrictions of the Ho-Chunk Nation.

2. Must be bondable and eligible to hold a gaming license throughout employment.

3. Cannot be colored blind.

EXPERIENCE:

1. Cash handling experience is preferred.

2. Customer service experience is preferred.
