Job Summary:
Diversified is seeking an experienced and motivated individual to produce and manage live events globally within the Now Productions team at our client’s location in Hyderabad location. This role will plan, coordinate, and own production events from start to finish with a service-oriented focus on delivering great experiences to our employees, including large offsite events. The role involves all aspects and phases of production including scope and requirements gathering, budgeting, internal and external resource management, interaction with other groups on a day-to-day basis, and an advanced grasp of production technologies. This role will also help build out the events strategy, platforms, process, and technology in the region at ServiceNow.
Roles/Responsibilities:
- Own, manage, and produce multiple large events each quarter for executives
- Use existing technology infrastructure including Zoom Meeting, Zoom Webinar, Workvivo Streaming and vMix in addition to various audio and video hardware at ServiceNow and offsite locations
- Oversee and own event production in the region
- Participate in ideation and build-out of production and events strategy internally
- Identify and respond to service gaps with primary focus on employee satisfaction and frictionless experience
- Understand the client’s company branding, story, and message to align with corporate communications, marketing, and other stakeholders
- Bring excellent communications and organizational skills to work in a dynamic team environment with focus on high growth
- Develop and oversee project budgeting, external vendors, and contractors as needed
- Manage production timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple concurrent events
- Coordinate closely with technical teams to ensure production readiness and smooth execution
- Lead production planning and execution for live in-person, hybrid, virtual, and broadcast events
- Own run-of-show development, rehearsal planning
- Own buildout of internal partnerships and cross functional processes between various departments and stakeholders
- Create and maintain documentation for best practices and production solutions
Technology Understanding:
The virtual platform for production used is Zoom virtual meetings. The producer will need to understand coordinating virtual production and run of show using this technology.
They will need extremely good communication skill to communicate at all levels of the company.
