Job Title: Landscape Maintenance (Landscape & Equipment)

Position Type: Part-Time (20–40 hours per week)
Compensation: Hourly (based on experience)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Landscape Maintenance professional to support a variety of property and equipment maintenance needs. This role is responsible for maintaining landscapes, water features, fencing, irrigation systems, pumps, and company equipment. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general landscape maintenance (mowing, trimming, cleanup, seasonal upkeep)

• Maintain and monitor the Pelican Lakes - lakes and water features

• Inspect, repair, and maintain fencing

• Troubleshoot and maintain irrigation systems

• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on pumps

• Maintain and service equipment and vehicles, including cars, trucks, backhoes, skid steers, and tractors

• Conduct regular inspections to ensure all systems and equipment are functioning properly

• Follow safety procedures and report any issues or hazards

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of maintenance, landscaping, or related experience preferred

• Basic mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills

• Ability to operate and maintain a variety of equipment and tools

• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently

• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions

• Valid driver’s license preferred

• Part-time, 20–40 hours per week (flexible based on workload and season)
