Pay for this position is determined on a number of factors, including but not limited to, years and level of related experience.
What we need from you.
- High school education. 2 years of relevant driving work experience may be accepted in lieu of a high school diploma.
- Work requires a current, valid Maryland State issued CDL Driver’s license, as well as a driving record with 3 or fewer points on it at the time of hire.
- Work requires the ability or experience of working with disabled population.
- Must have interpersonal skills sufficient to establish therapeutic relationships with mentally ill residents and to communicate and work effectively with residents in accordance with rehabilitation plans.
