Skills Required:

• Develop comprehensive Jira dashboards for: Delivery reporting (Velocity, Time in Status, Transitions Count, Created vs Resolved, On-Time Delivery Rate, Successful Releases).
• Experience leading Jira implementations including planning, stakeholder management, and reporting progress.
• Customer Service metrics (Items Reported per Reporter, Time in Status, Resolution Time).
• Build data analytic metrics using enterprise models using Microsoft Power BI
• Develop self-service models and data analytics using Power BI
• Resolve issues related to sprints getting duplicated and project names getting switched between interconnected company-managed projects.
• Review, verify, and optimize all Jira automations.
• Documentation and Training: Document processes, best practices, and guidelines for Jira usage. Provide training and support to users on Jira features and functionality.
• Team Ceremonies: Actively participate in all team agile meetings. 
• Backlog Refinement/Planning.
• Stand-ups. Retrospectives. 
• Management oversight (Time in Status, Current Sprint Metrics, Resolution Time).
• Address specific access issues for team members and troubleshoot search functionality problems.
• Proven experience working within the automotive manufacturing industry and a strong understanding of quality management processes.
• Implementing best practices and optimizing workflows within Jira and Confluence.
• Optimize and maintain established Jira projects, coordinating with hosting providers and vendors as needed to manage performance, troubleshoot issues, and streamlining configurations for scalability, and reliability.
• Knowledge of Agile, Kanban, and other frameworks to recommend and implement optimal configurations.

Education Required

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in computer science, engineering or related disciplines.

Experience Required:

• 8+ years of experience with Atlassian suite of tools, primarily JIRA and Confluence.
  Proficient in Jira with a strong understanding of both company-managed and team-managed project configurations.
• Experience in setting up and customizing Jira workflows, fields, screens, and dashboards.
  Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex Jira integration issues.
• Experience in develop, publish, schedule reports and Metrics with using Power BI
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
• Experience with GitHub and other software development tools.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum.
• Automotive experience is preferred.
• Support in an onshore/offshore model is preferred.

Experience Preferred:

• Even better, you may have: Experience working with vendor tools like SAP S4 Hana, SAP Activate, Certified Scrum Master, Integrate with GitHub to automate transitions in Jira based on GitHub pull request status.

This position is a salary grade 8. 

This position is a salary grade 8 and ranges from $99,100-$166,200.
