Position Summary:
Saturday and Sunday, 8am-8pm..This position is responsible for enhancing resident services and providing up-to-date information in a more efficient and timely manner, as well as greeting residents and visitors, answering the telephone, responding to both routine inquiries and emergencies, relaying calls to the proper department, and performing a variety of related clerical duties. This position reports to the Business Office Manager or other assigned manager.

Essential Functions:
- Greet residents and provide general assistance to visitors, prospective residents, and families.
- Use proper telephone skills.
- Ensure safety of the residents and property by monitoring life safety systems, building alarms and investigating any unusual activity.
- Maintain visitor sign in/out kiosk and enter maintenance request work orders.
- Receive packages and deliver in the evening.
- Inform supervisor of any resident issues or concerns.
- Complete all required daily shift tasks as per community established by the ED up to and including rolling over the phones at a consistent time daily.
- Attend all required training, in-service, and staff meetings.
- Strive to maintain a safe working environment through the prevention of accidents, the preservation of equipment, and the achievement of safe working practices.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, families, and co-workers.
- Adhere to all policies and procedures of Senior Solutions Management Group.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Experience and Education:
- Must have high school education or three to six months related experience or training
- Previous experience working with senior adults preferred..
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
- Must have experience in a clerical position.
- Recommended to have basic computer skills.
