The Vocational Coordinator oversees the Work Experience Program… one of the most impactful parts of Adult & Teen Challenge.
This role combines leadership, hands-on work, and discipleship. You’ll help students develop real-world skills while growing in character, discipline, and faith.
You’re not just managing projects… you’re helping rebuild lives through meaningful work.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and oversee the Work Experience Program
- Plan and manage daily work projects and crews
- Teach students responsibility, work ethic, and skill development
- Disciple and mentor students in a work environment
- Coordinate with leadership on scheduling and operations
- Maintain equipment, safety standards, and workflow
- Train and lead work supervisors and teams

Requirements
Requirements
- Strong, mature relationship with Jesus Christ
- Agreement with Assemblies of God doctrine and ATC mission
- Understanding of addiction recovery and discipleship
- Minimum 2 years leadership experience
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced environment
- General knowledge of construction, maintenance, or trades
- Willingness to complete OSHA training
