The Vocational Coordinator oversees the Work Experience Program… one of the most impactful parts of Adult & Teen Challenge.

This role combines leadership, hands-on work, and discipleship. You’ll help students develop real-world skills while growing in character, discipline, and faith.

You’re not just managing projects… you’re helping rebuild lives through meaningful work.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead and oversee the Work Experience Program
  • Plan and manage daily work projects and crews
  • Teach students responsibility, work ethic, and skill development
  • Disciple and mentor students in a work environment
  • Coordinate with leadership on scheduling and operations
  • Maintain equipment, safety standards, and workflow
  • Train and lead work supervisors and teams
