About the Role:

We are seeking a highly qualified Manager to assist in the daily operations of our Charleys Philly Steaks store located in the Hartsfield-Jackson Airport. As a Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the store runs smoothly and efficiently, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Manager or similar role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the food service industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Experience with inventory management software
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations

Responsibilities:
