Job Title: Office Manager (Accounting & Administrative Operations)
Location: San Antonio, TX (90% Remote)

Salary: $40,000 – $55,000 annually
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations with a strong focus on accounting and financial recordkeeping. This role is essential to maintaining efficient office workflows, ensuring accurate financial management, and keeping all company documentation organized and up to date.
Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Financial Management- Maintain accurate bookkeeping records, including accounts payable and receivable
- Process invoices, track expenses, and ensure timely payment of bills
- Prepare and assist with payroll processing in coordination with a third-party payroll provider
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor company cash flow
- Assist in preparing financial reports, including profit and loss statements (P&Ls) and summaries
- Manage and organize company records, files, and documentation
- Oversee office supplies, vendor relationships, and general office operations
- Ensure all paperwork and compliance-related documents are accurate and up to date
- Coordinate with external partners such as accountants, auditors, and service providers
- Handle correspondence, scheduling, and general administrative duties
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, Bookkeeper, or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and payroll processes
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with full-cycle bookkeeping
- Familiarity with tax filings and compliance requirements
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
