Job Description

Assess and implement plan of care of occupational health needs to patient in home setting Provide treatments to patients and evaluates progress. 

Requirements

  • Currently licensed or eligible to be licensed as a Occupational Therapist in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
  • Occupational Therapist experience preferred
  • Home Health experience preferred
  • Valid VA driver license required
