Job Summary:

This position is anchored within our Project Management Department, reports to our Senior Engineering Project Manager, and operates under general supervision to execute key responsibilities in the planning, execution, and oversight of projects from initiation to completion.  The role ensures that all project deliverables align with the company's development procedures, scope, budgetary constraints, and established timelines.

 

Key Responsibilities:

·         Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, goals, scope, deliverables, timelines, and budgets, and timelines to ensure all aspects of the project are strategically aligned and executed.

 

·         Team Leadership & Collaboration: Form, direct, and inspire project teams by assigning responsibilities, facilitating meetings, and fostering a collaborative environment that maximizes individual and collective strengths. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strategize and adapt plans in response to evolving requirements.

 

·         Resource Management: Liaise with functional and site leadership to synchronize internal resources and capacity, ensuring optimal support for project timelines and delivery commitments.

 

·         Execution & Monitoring: Implement project plans effectively, track progress diligently, manage changes proactively, and ensure timely completion of tasks while optimizing cost and resource allocation.

 

·         Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders regarding assigned projects, overseeing routine communications, meetings, and site visits as necessary.

 

·         Risk Management: Proactively identify potential project risks and issues, implementing appropriate mitigation strategies, corrective actions, and preventive measures to minimize impact and ensure project integrity. 

 

·         Quality Assurance: Uphold high standards of quality throughout the project lifecycle and ensure proper documentation of processes and outcomes to support transparency and knowledge sharing.

 

Required Qualifications:

·         Bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant discipline, or equivalent experience.

·         Minimum of two years of experience in project management or project engineering 

·         Proficient in project management software tools, including MS Project, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Jira, etc. 

·         Strong leadership and exceptional communication skills 

·         Ability to work autonomously while also fostering collaboration within a team environment 

·         Must be willing to travel as required.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

·         Understanding of Project Management Professional (PMP) processes and methodologies, certification not required 

·         Technical expertise in the development and manufacturing of electronic devices 

·         Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems 

·         Proven ability to articulate complex technical concepts, project status, and risks effectively to both internal and external stakeholders
