We are currently seeking a motivated Consumer Law Attorney to join our expanding practice.

Position Summary

This position is ideal for an attorney with 0–5 years of experience who is interested in developing strong litigation skills in a fast-paced and meaningful practice area. The ideal candidate will have strong writing and communication skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to take ownership of cases from inception through resolution.

This is a full-time, in-person position based in Melbourne, Florida.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and litigate consumer protection cases from pre-suit through trial
  • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and legal correspondence
  • Conduct legal research and prepare case strategy recommendations
  • Attend hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials
  • Communicate regularly with clients regarding case updates and legal strategy
  • Work closely with paralegals and support staff to efficiently move cases forward
  • Maintain organized case files and comply with court deadlines
Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
  • Active member of The Florida Bar in good standing
  • 0–5 years of litigation experience preferred
  • Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal communication and advocacy abilities
