Requirements:
Prepare foods in accordance with current applicable federal, state and corporate standards to ensure high-quality food service is provided.
Accurately, efficiently and safely prepare, portions, cook and present a variety of hot and /or cold items for various meal periods, to include breakfast, lunch, dinner and special catered events as assigned by the Chef and or Supervisor.
Follow basic standardized recipes, tasting products for quality, while keeping accurate HACCP records and production usage.
All work areas are to be clean and sanitized per departmental standards.
High quality customer service is mandatory at all times.
Education:
- GED/High School Diploma, At least 1 year of position-related experience
Experience:
- 6 months Cook or relevant experience
