What You’ll Do

  • Inspect construction projects to ensure compliance with approved plans, specifications, codes, and safety standards
  • Review project documents, attend pre-construction meetings, and coordinate with contractors and local authorities
  • Maintain detailed records and prepare timely, professional reports
  • Address questions and concerns from clients and contractors, providing expert guidance
  • Participate in training and company initiatives

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in building inspections
  • Current ICC certifications; TSBPE Plumbing Inspector License required in Texas
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety standards
  • Skilled in reading and interpreting construction plans
  • Organized record-keeping and willingness to learn new inspection software
