At the Hotel Weyanoke, we take pride in offering our guests an unforgettable stay—and it all begins with a clean, comfortable environment. We’re looking for a detail-oriented, dependable, and friendly Housekeeper to join our hospitality team.
As a Housekeeper, you’ll play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere by ensuring our guest rooms and public spaces are sparkling clean, well-stocked, and inviting. You’ll also be a key part of our supportive, collaborative team culture.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Clean and service guest rooms, suites, and public areas according to brand standards
- Maintain housekeeping areas by keeping supplies organized, floors swept, and trash emptied
- Wash, dry, fold, and stock linens and towels daily
- Replenish guest room amenities and check paper products for condition and accuracy
- Report maintenance needs or safety concerns promptly
- Follow proper key handling and security procedures
- Coordinate with the front desk and housekeeping supervisor to prioritize daily tasks
- Ensure all assigned rooms are inspected and complete before the end of your shift
What We're Looking For:
- A positive attitude and strong attention to detail
- Ability to stand, bend, lift (up to 35 lbs), and move throughout an 8-hour shift
- Ability to read, understand, and follow instructions in English
- Willingness to work both independently and as part of a team
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
- (Hotel experience is a plus but not required—we’re happy to train the right candidate!)
