Description
Duck Camp is seeking motivated and connected Independent Sales Representatives to grow and manage wholesale partnerships in key territories across the U.S. This role is commission-based and ideal for experienced sales professionals with established relationships in the outdoor, hunting, fishing, or specialty retail channels. You'll serve as the face of the brand in your
territory, responsible for driving sell-in, managing retail accounts, and providing outstanding service to our retail partners.

- Pacific Northwest: Idaho, Oregon, Washington, Alaska
- Mid-Atlantic: Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, & Pennsylvania
- Midwest: Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, & Wisconsin
- New England: Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, & Vermont
- Southwest: California, Arizona & Nevada
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent the Duck Camp brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity
- Identify and develop new retail partnerships in your territory, targeting specialty outdoor, sporting goods, and lifestyle stores
- Manage and grow existing accounts through regular visits, seasonal assortment planning, and sell-through support
- Present seasonal product lines and promotions, leveraging sales tools and samples to close orders
- Educate retail staff on Duck Camp’s brand, products, and key differentiators through clinics and product knowledge sessions
- Collaborate with internal sales and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment, resolve issues, and provide customer feedback
- Attend national and regional trade shows, sales meetings, and events as needed
- Report on territory performance, trends, and opportunities regularly
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of outside sales experience, preferably in the outdoor, sporting goods, or apparel industry
- Established relationships with independent retailers and/or regional chains in your market
- Passion for the outdoors and familiarity with hunting, fishing, and conservation culture
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel within your territory
- Proficient with sales tools and technology (Excel, digital catalogs, B2B platforms, etc.)
Compensation:
- 100% commission-based, with competitive commission rates
- Bonus incentives available based on performance and new account growth
