Job Description

Responsibilities:

Order Processing

  • Order entry and verification of PO (purchase order) details, including system registration

  • Inventory check, delivery schedule coordination, and shipment arrangement

  • Invoice issuance and revenue recognition processing

  • Preparation of import/export documentation and support for customs clearance

  • Tracking delivery status and communicating shipment and delivery updates to customers

Inside Sales

  • Approaching prospective customers (leads) and generating sales opportunities

  • Identifying customer needs and proposing appropriate products

  • Preparing quotations and supporting price negotiations

  • Following up with existing customers and driving cross-selling activities

  • Managing sales opportunities using CRM systems

Others

  • Planning and executing promotional activities such as exhibitions and seminars

  • Coordinating internal and external schedules and supporting meeting operations

 

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of practical experience in inside sales

  • Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders; native-level Japanese and able to communicate via email in English

  • Experience in data management and processing using systems such as SAP and Salesforce

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with high accuracy, managing multiple orders or POs without errors and in a timely manner

  • Capable of supporting sales activities, including preparing quotations, customer correspondence, and coordinating after-sales services

  • Experience in handling customer visits for sample measurements
