As we expand access to high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, our Licensed Behavior Specialists (LBS) play a central role in ensuring effective, evidence-based treatment for clients ages 2–18 across Northeast Philadelphia.
This full-time, salaried position offers structured daytime hours with flexibility for two evening shifts per week, opportunities for professional development, and the ability to make a meaningful impact across clinic, home, school, and community environments.

 

Location: Northeast Philadelphia (zip codes 19111, 19114, 19115, 19116, 19154)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM + two evening shifts as needed
Compensation: Salaries starting at $60,000, with additional pay for experience

 

What You’ll Do
 

• Develop and oversee individualized treatment programs, including behavior-reduction and skill-acquisition plans
• Conduct assessments such as functional analyses and behavioral/skills evaluations
• Observe clients and staff across home, school, clinic, and community settings
• Participate in professional development and ongoing training opportunities
• Conduct new client intakes and create responsive, personalized treatment recommendations
• Collaborate closely with families, schools, physicians, insurance providers, and other professionals
• Provide guidance and support to clinicians implementing one-on-one ABA services
• Uphold ethical, client-centered practice that aligns with Potential Inc.’s mission

Qualifications
 

• Active Behavior Specialist License (LBS)
• Passion for working with children and adolescents in clinic, school, home, and community settings
• Availability Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM, with flexibility for two evening shifts
• Ability to commute reliably within Northeast Philadelphia
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and dedication to evidence-based practice
