Canvas II, LLC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Contracts & Procurement Intern to join our team. This role supports our purchasing, contract administration, and project control function groups. This is an entry-level opportunity for a college student designed for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Support contract file organization and document management
Help track vendor communications, quotes, and delivery timelines
Review basic contract and procurement documents for completeness
Maintain procurement logs, spreadsheets, and internal tracking tools
Support project control activities, including tracking budgets, schedules, and deliverables
Assist in monitoring project costs and identifying variances
Help prepare basic project status reports and updates
Coordinate with team members to ensure timely processing of requests and project milestones
Perform data entry and administrative support tasks as needed
Participate in team meetings and assist with special projects
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma and enrollment into college studying business.
Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, document editing)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Willingness to learn and take direction
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
