Job Responsibilities
- Commercial Leadership: Support sales efforts, develop strategic plans, and drive service line growth. Enhance client outreach, optimize resources, and pursue new business opportunities.
- Innovation & Technology: Contribute to strategic plans and improve resource utilization and cost-efficiency
- Organizational Excellence: Help reduce HSE risks, standardize processes, modernize training, and support quality improvement. Implement metrics to improve safety, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Four (4) year degree from an accredited university or suitable industry experience.
- Demonstrated leadership experience and highly developed organizational skills.
- Must have demonstrated decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated skills of team building, conflict resolution, and innovation.
- Effective communication (verbal, written, presentation) skills at multiple levels of the organization and customer organizations.
- Experience with contract negotiations
- Ability to work in a high-velocity work environment.
