Duties/Responsibilities:
- Contacts new and existing customers by phone to sell preventive maintenance agreements and other services.
- Prepare customer quotations to company standards. Clearly states pricing and services to be performed on all quotes.
- Files all quotes and sales in an orderly manner to allow for quick reference when customers make inquiries or when follow-up calls are needed to determine the status of a quote with a customer.
- Makes follow up calls daily to inquire about pending quotes.
- Submits sales reports to the General Service Manager for review and reports all quotes and sales activity for each month.
- After a sale is finalized, enter Service agreement into our system for scheduling.
- Reviews and processes customer service contracts to ensure compliance with the terms and conditions of larger customers and corporations.
- Provides company information, company history, safety data, job references, certificates of insurance and other requirements of service and PM work contracts.
- Responsible for coordinating PM quotes and agreements that involve multiple stores or all stores.
- Establishes bid pricing, parts pricing, travel pricing and other charges to assure that bids are complete and competitive.
- All other duties as assigned.
