The Greens at Hendersonville is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to step into a key leadership role as our Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON). What You’ll Do:
- Support and partner with the Director of Nursing in overseeing daily clinical operations
- Lead, coach, and support nursing staff to ensure high-quality resident care
- Assist with care planning, assessments, and regulatory compliance
- Monitor clinical outcomes and support quality improvement initiatives
- Participate in infection control and survey readiness efforts
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to drive positive resident outcomes
What We’re Looking For:
- Active, unencumbered RN license (required)
- Previous long-term care experience (required)
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience (preferred)
- Strong clinical judgment, organization, and communication skills
- Ability to lead by example and support a team-focused environment
