Front of House Lead Supervisor - What You’ll Do

Be a key part of the leadership team that keeps the front-of-house running smoothly and guests coming back for more. You’ll jump in to support daily service, assist with opening and closing set‑up and breakdown, and help keep the floor energized and organized during service. You’ll shine as a guest experience champion by confidently resolving escalated concerns and turning moments into memorable wins. As a friendly resort ambassador, you’ll share helpful information about on‑site offerings and nearby attractions. You’ll also help set the standard for excellence by actively promoting a safe, clean, and well‑run environment and encouraging your teammates to do the same.

 

Required

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Computer skills (including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and general database applications)
  • Understanding of ABC regulations
  • Previous food and beverage experience
  • Must be at least 21

Preferred

  • Serve safe certification
  • Previous food and beverage management experience

Typical Schedule

Days:

Full availability required, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays 

Hours:

Varied hours depending on hours of operation and business demands

Core Responsibilities

  • Oversee opening and closing of restaurant
  • Place orders as needed
  • Assist with daily operations of cooking, serving, and dishwashing
  • Oversee/participate in putting away stock, including alcohol, in the correct manner
  • Assist and oversee monthly inventory
  • Coordinate and oversee meal quality within guidelines of menu, dietary requirements, and the standards of appearance, taste, temperature, and sanitation served to guests
  • Other duties as assigned by management
