Job Description:

Within Endava’s Manufacturing segment, we leverage extensive expertise in digital transformation, data, AI, and large-scale platform technologies. By combining these core capabilities with deep industry knowledge and strong client relationships, we are seeking a best-in-class Client Partner to drive strategic growth on a global scale.

This role is ideal for a strategic leader with deep expertise and established relationships across the manufacturing landscape, including areas such as connected mobility, supply chain, commerce platforms, customer experience, and data-driven transformation.

What You’ll Do

  • Act as a strategic trusted advisor to global clients to shape digital transformation and growth strategies rooted in data, AI, and platform innovation.
  • Analyze and interpret manufacturing market trends, competitive landscapes, emerging technologies (including AI, connected ecosystems, supply chain digitization, and commerce platforms), and evolving business models — bringing key insights back to clients to enhance strategic decision-making.
  • Lead senior-level conversations around technology adoption, customer personalization, data strategies, supply chain optimization, and digital platforms — instilling confidence and credibility across client stakeholders.
  • Leverage Endava’s data and intelligence capabilities to deliver clear, actionable strategic recommendations that drive client impact and competitive differentiation.
  • Drive opportunities around connected vehicle ecosystems, predictive maintenance, demand forecasting, personalization, AI-driven insights, and next-generation digital commerce and supply chain platforms.
  • Partner closely with internal delivery, technology, and product teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of deep expertise and a well-established, existing network of contacts and/or prior clients across manufacturing (OEMs, suppliers, mobility providers).
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing industry dynamics, including key technology trends such as connected vehicles, digital commerce, supply chain digitization, and customer experience transformation.
  • Proven ability to align business strategy with technology solutions, including AI, data platforms, digital commerce ecosystems, and intelligent supply chain capabilities.
  • Extensive experience in client management within IT services or technology consulting, including ownership of complex, high-value accounts.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing client strategies that deliver sustained growth, including a track record of achieving 20%+ revenue growth across a portfolio.
  • Strong commercial acumen with hands-on experience managing account P&L, forecasting, financial targets, and risk.
  • Executive-level presence with the ability to lead high-impact, strategic engagements across C-suite and senior stakeholders.
  • Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills, with a collaborative and influential style.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas to senior audiences.
  • Advanced problem-solving and decision-making abilities, particularly in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
  • Experience driving organizational transformation and change across cross-functional teams and multiple levels of an organization.
  • Strong project and priority management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

  • Participation in both internal meetings and external meetings via video calls, as necessary.

  • Prolonged periods of remaining stationary at a desk and working on a computer, as necessary.

  • Hand-eye coordination necessary to operate computers and various pieces of office equipment, as necessary. 
  • Vision abilities including close vision, toleration of fluorescent lighting, and adjusting focus, as necessary.
